Customer interaction spaces
As a new service ethos in retail banking called for more open spaces, and clear spatial divisions between daily banking services, private banking, and a 24/7 banking zone, the bank’s management mandated a completely new spatial layout to express and support a new customer interaction experience. The solution included clearly delineated automated banking spaces that remain accessible after normal business hours. In addition, two prominent freestanding meeting cubes provide a visual marker for their intended purpose. With partner agency Tank Design, Studio Pignatelli designed and implemented various visual communication elements, which drew on new materials and colors to highlight the service changes in retail banking.
