Telling the FIFA Story through the medium of video
FIFA commissioned Studio Pignatelli to design and implement a permanent exhibition about the history and activities of the organization at its former Sonnenberg headquarters in Zurich. The exhibition concept employed different media to create a contrast between tradition and modernity. A loose spatial mix of video installations and their content (implemented by Popeye, a graphic design partner at the time), as well as the display of the World Cup trophy stand, made for a highly acclaimed attraction worthy of this international sports organization.
